Cohort Formation

WorkGroups
Within each cohort, smaller workgroups are established, which are designed to foster teamwork, enable peer-to-peer learning, and provide a structured environment for tackling assignments and projects collaboratively, mirroring real-world team dynamics.
Group Leader Mapping
Specific individuals are assigned as leaders to each workgroup. Group leaders are responsible for guiding their teams, coordinating efforts, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that the group stays on track with its objectives and deliverables.
Assignments & Use Cases
Participants are given practical assignments and real-world use cases to apply their theoretical knowledge. This stage is crucial for hands-on learning, problem-solving, and developing practical skills relevant to the industry, often involving data analysis, model building, or solution design.
BHARAT Plus AI Workbench
This stage likely refers to access and utilization of a dedicated environment for handling Assignments and Tasks, solving Problems, interacting with WorkGroup members, taking the guidance from dedicated AI Agents, interacting with Trainers and Mentors. Real-time monitoring of various parameters will be carried out based upon Participants’ activities, level of involvements, their problem-solving skills, competencies, time management, effectiveness and so on.
Industry Masterclass
Participants engage in specialized sessions led by industry experts. These masterclasses offer deep dives into advanced topics, current trends, and best practices in the AI field, providing valuable insights and perspectives directly from professionals working in the industry.
BHARAT Plus AI Student Suite
It provides a comprehensive set of resources tailored for learning and development. The AI enabled personalised guidance are available for self learning, study materials, tutorials, all designed to support students in mastering concepts, doubt clearance and hand-holding.
AI Tools & Platforms
Participants gain premium access to a suite of relevant AI tools and platforms. This access is instrumental for executing assignments, developing projects, and gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard software and environments. It ensures that interns are not only learning theoretical concepts but are also proficient in using the actual technologies used in the relevant Industry.

Completion of Assignments & Tasks
This stage signifies the successful conclusion of all assigned tasks, projects, and modules within the core program. It involves submitting final deliverables, demonstrating acquired skills, and ensuring that all academic and practical requirements have been met.
