1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service (“TOS”) are a legally binding agreement between you and BHARAT Plus AI. If you do not agree with any part of these TOS, you should not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
BHARAT Plus AI provides an all-in-one suite of AI tools to users. Our services include but are not limited to various AI-powered virtual Assistants, Consultants and Experts.

3. USE OF OUR SERVICES
By using our services, you agree to comply with these TOS and any policies, guidelines or instructions posted by BHARAT Plus AI. You must not use our services for any illegal, unethical or unauthorized purposes.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT
BHARAT Plus AI offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with more advanced features. BHARAT Plus AI reserves the right to change the fees for our services at any time. All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes and you are responsible for paying the fees including all applicable taxes.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BHARAT Plus AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if BHARAT Plus AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify BHARAT Plus AI for any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our services, breach of these TOS, or violation of any law or regulation.

7. TERMINATION
Either you or BHARAT Plus AI may terminate these TOS at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our services.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These TOS and any policies or guidelines posted by BHARAT Plus AI constitute the entire agreement between you and BHARAT Plus AI and supersede all prior understandings or agreements regarding our services, whether written or oral.
